I ordered on account but did not receive any goods.

This is because you have to pay the invoice first before the goods can be dispatched. If you order on account, your ordered goods will be reserved and dispatched when payment is received.

How long does shipping take?

Orders sent with A-Post usually arrive in 1-2 days. Orders sent with B-Post usually arrive in 2-3 days.
