I ordered on account but received no goods.

This is because we require payment of the invoice before the goods are shipped. If you order on account, your goods will be reserved and shipped upon receipt of payment. An exception is made for clubs and schools, which receive the goods without prepayment after an inspection.

How long does shipping take?

Orders shipped via A-Post (priority mail) typically arrive within 1-2 days. Orders shipped via B-Post (standard mail) typically arrive within 2-3 days.

How long can I place an order?

Orders received by 3 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Saturday shipping is possible upon request and in urgent cases.
